Fresh air and fitness is the best combo. If you enjoy exercising outside and are looking to mix up you fitness routine, come experience an outdoor boot camp class with Coach Kelly Scott.
All the workouts are never the same and are focused on total body strength moves. You'll work on agility, balance, suspension training (TRX), endurance training and more! We utilize all areas of the park and community center.
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are always offered.
Classes are offered on a drop in basis on Wednesdays 7:00am-8:00am and Fridays 6:15am-7:15am at Barrett Park in Belmont.
Below is the class calendar where you can schedule your sessions. My system only allows you to schedule one session at a time but you can book as many as you'd like in advance.
You can pay by credit card ($26), cash or check ($25) made out to "Kelly Scott Fitness". NOTE: when paying by credit card there is a $1 merchant fee attached.
After you book your appointment(s) you'll receive a confirmation email where you can find the link to pay by credit card. You can pay for more than one class at a time by selecting the quantity. You'll also find the link to the Liability Waiver (please sign and bring it to class).
