Shorter more intense workouts are proven to be more effective than longer less intense workouts.

EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption) raises your resting metabolic rate for twenty-four hours or more after your training session. In other words, it turns your body into a fat-burning machine.

#3 Schedule Your Workout In Your Calendar


This one might seem like common sense, but it's not common practice. Schedule your workouts in your calendar and treat them like an important meeting that you cannot miss! It'll be the most important meeting of the day 😉
